Bogus Basin will mark its 83rd anniversary on May 3rd by offering skiing and snowboarding to 2024-25 season pass holders and anyone with a local mountain ticket—beginner trails will be closed.
Idaho Gives, sponsored by the Idaho Nonprofit Center and The Idaho Community Foundation, will start next Monday, April 28 and run until Thursday, May 1 to support more than 630 nonprofits across the state.
In 2024, over 13,600 Idahoans donated $4.3 million and the campaign in its 13th year will raise funds for causes like education, housing and the arts — helping local groups serve the community.
🏛️ Government
Idaho State Police will begin the sixth-year I-LEAD program in one week at its District 3 headquarters in Meridian to train (18 teenagers aged 15 to 17) in leadership skills through activities like driving police cars, engaging in daily physical training, and completing a confidence run that ends with a graduation ceremony with Governor Little (who will present the awards).
