- ➤ At a recent Nampa City Council meeting, three local pastors raised concerns that the Canyon County Pride Festival scheduled for June 8th at Lakeview Park may lead to increased traffic and potential security issues. Festival organizers said they will cover their own security costs and will designate an area for protesters to help keep the event safe. KTVB
