- ➤ Nampa Police arrested 54-year-old Mark Adrian Neal on Tuesday and charged him with first-degree murder in the 2015 killing of Akrian Evans on the 4000 block of Garrity Boulevard after new DNA and ballistics tests uncovered evidence; Neal was already in Canyon County Jail for drug possession.
