  • A new heart sculpture by artist Luke Dekneef was unveiled at the Boys & Girls Club in Nampa as part of the Hearts Across the Valley project with support from CBH Homes.   • A new Prime Video documentary alleges Bryan Kohberger used the alias 'Pappa Rodger' in a true crime Facebook group to ask detailed questions about the murders, and group administrators reported the account disappeared shortly after his arrest—he pled guilty in a deal to avoid the death penalty.  KBOI

  • Bruneau Dunes State Park offers sandboarding, camping, hiking and stargazing across 4800 acres of high-desert land, park manager Bryce Bealba said. The park features North America's tallest dune and three campgrounds with guided programs—including telescope viewings and scorpion walks—that let visitors explore its natural wonders safely.  KTVB

  • Nampa voters approved an auditorium district that funds the Ford Idaho Center even as city officials and College of Western Idaho discuss a potential ownership transfer—a process underway for nine months. Mayor Debbie Kling and Ford Idaho Center GM Andrew Luther said an independent board will manage the funds to ensure venue improvements remain supported.  KIVI
