- ➤ An Oregon man pleaded guilty to manslaughter after his truck crossed the center line on April 18 and fatally struck a bus carrying a community college softball team—killing a 19-year-old Nampa player and the team’s head coach while injuring others—with additional assault and driving charges and a sentencing set for Sept. 11.
