ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Crews responded to the Stan Fire near Pleasant Valley Road 8 miles south of Boise and contained the fire—burning 67 acres—by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 1 as four engines, one overhead unit and one dozer were used while no evacuation orders or road closures were issued. KTVB

- ➤ Sean Williams runs nonprofit TRACE Services in Treasure Valley to help find missing and at-risk people amid rising human trafficking in Idaho and across the nation. - ➤ Former state senator Durst introduced his sports-focused charter school, Brabeion Academy, to Caldwell trustees on Monday as it prepares to open in Nampa next fall near the Ada-Canyon county line. The academy received conditional approval from the Idaho Public Charter School Commission and must secure a lease by March 1 and final plans by June 1—steps that will complete its approval process.
