- ➤ On Friday, the Partnership for Educational Choice announced it would defend Idaho’s Parental Choice Tax Credit program from a lawsuit filed by the Idaho Education Association and other groups—fighting to protect access to up to $5,000 per student and $7,500 for students with disabilities. The group said it will represent three families using the tax credit to meet their children’s unique educational needs. KTVB
