Scouting for Food - Pickup food

About this event

Scouting for Food takes place over 2 weekends, November 7th and 14th, from 9am until 12pm-ish. We will be canvasing the same areas of Boise as we have done in the past.Please plan to arrive at CPC at 9am in Class A uniforms and dressed to stay warm and dry (footwear and clothing). Snacks and refreshments will be provided by the Troop when groups return from their areas. On the 7th, Scouts will canvas neighborhoods close to CPC to leave door hangers, flyers, or collection bags informing residents about the upcoming drive.On the 14th, Scouts return to the same neighborhoods to pick up bagged, nonperishable donations left on porches by households in the community.
