- ➤ Nampa Police arrested 54-year-old Mark Adrian Neal on Tuesday and charged him with first-degree murder in the 2015 killing of Akrian Evans on the 4000 block of Garrity Boulevard after new DNA and ballistics tests uncovered evidence; Neal was already in Canyon County Jail for drug possession. - ➤ Treasure Valley track standouts have qualified for the NCAA Championships after strong finishes at regionals and trials in events such as the 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, decathlon, relays and 10k. Nathan Green of Borah will run the 1500m semifinals today at 5:21 p.m. while other qualifiers from Mountain View, Emmett, Boise, Bishop Kelly and Capital prepare to advance in the meet. KTVB
